I forgot to dismiss my patient in YAPI and didn’t move signed documents to my PMS. They are gone by now.
There are few simple steps involved in installing and configuring YAPI Surveys.
First, you need to use Documents and Templates Manager to choose and to install a survey, link your Practice with YAPI survey distribution mechanism, and upload your logo.

In all Sonicwall Firewall appliances, traffic from the wireless network (WLAN) to the wired network (LAN/DMZ) is blocked by default. As a result, when you run YAPI Mobile on your iPad even if you put correct YAPI Service IP address in Configuration, YAPI will not able to connect to Service and shows “Unable to connect” or “Connection times out” error.
