There are few simple steps involved in installing and configuring YAPI Surveys.
First, you need to use Documents and Templates Manager to choose and to install a survey, link your Practice with YAPI survey distribution mechanism, and upload your logo.
Secondly, you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org the list of direct links to your practice landing pages on dental review sites you want your patients to visit after they complete the survey. Note that only those who respond with high marks will be asked to share their experience on online review sites. The message will look like this
Finally, you will need to setup YAPI to automatically send an email with the link to the survey to every patients after the visit.
To launch Documents and Templates Manager, click Setup button on YAPI toolbar and select Manage Documents and Templates command from drop down menu.
Click Get button to retrieve all available public forms and documents. Documents that are already installed will have a green check box at the left of the document name. Note that you may see one or more surveys available.
To view the survey, left-click on the name and select View. YAPI will launch the browser showing you the survey.
To install the survey, left-click on the name and select Instal locally option. When installation finishes you will see green check box indicating that the survey was installed and is ready for use.
Once survey is installed YAPI creates a URL – a direct Internet link – to your survey. You will need to incorporate this link into a treatment follow-up email that will ask patients to participate in your survey. To get the link, left-click on survey and select Copy public link to this document to Clipboard option

If you’ haven’t uploaded your logo yet then do it now. Here is how.

Use Document Editor to create an email template. Launch Document Editor from Email Templates tab of Documents and Templates Manager

Make sure that you update click here link in the template with unique URL to your survey
Finally, launch Global Configuration Editor, go to Automation tab and create new Email on Checkout record.
YAPI will automatically send emails with the link to survey to every visited patient as often as you configured.
When survey comes back to your practice, YAPI will broadcast a message.
To get recent survey results, click Patients button on YAPI toolbar and select Online Surveys and Reviews.
