Every online form that you want to publish on practice website must be initialized in YAPI.

Click Setup and Manage button on the top of YAPI Dashboard, select Manage Documents and Templates.

Go to Public tab and click Get button to download the list of available public forms.

Select a  form in the list with the left mouse button down and select Install locally and initialize for use option.

Green check-box indicates that the form is initialized and is ready for use. Now you need to get the public Internet link to the form:  select the  form  with the left mouse button down and select Copy public link to this document to Clipboard option

YAPI will copy the link to Windows Clipboard. Now paste the link into a text file or other media to save.

To view an online document in a browser, select View option.

YAPI will send selected document to your default browser

Please note that several online forms – HIPAA , Patient Information – require additional steps prior to setup.
