Once in a while, you may get a request from your patient to stop text communications. Such a request may come as text message
or via an email or during a conversation.
Please note that YAPI will automatically add patient’s phone to Do Not Contact List if patient replies with STOP, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE text to any messages that come from your office.
You can add patient’s phone to Do Not Contact List directly from the message. Simply click on the phone number, and select Add this phone to Do Not Contact List option
Click Yes button to confirm
You can add a phone to Do Not Contact List from YAPI Practice Dashboard or Patient Finder screen.
